Recycled Skirt for Dinner & Drinks

Saturday evening I spent some quality time with my mom in New York. We had dinner and margaritas at this cute little Mexican place called Lime Jungle (its on the corner of 9th ave and 50th st)  but my outfit I wanted to be real simple but still fun. And i didnt want to wear to much clothes cause its been hot in Jersey the last couple days. My skirt is actually a summer dress that I got from wetseal my about 3 yrs ago. I love the dress but its not the most appropriate thing to wear cause you really cant wear a bar with it, and even though im not very large at the top it doesnt work to well.
So I simply flipped down the top and wore it as a high skirt with a belt. It was airy and i felt super cute. A simple cami and jewelry pulled it all together for me.
